Our Mission

“Level Up Arcade and Lounge is here to bring some life to our town in a fun and safe environment for everyone to enjoy.”

We want kids to have a place to hang out after school, on the weekends, and over summer that is cool and refreshing, and keeps them off the streets or getting in trouble. We want the local residents to have a place they can call their own.

Kayleigh Reimer, General Manager

Kayleigh has called Oxford home since the summer of 2022 and is excited to help bring something new, fun, and a little nerdy to the community she loves.
Known in previous roles as the unofficial “Chaos Coordinator,” Kayleigh brings years of experience in administration, customer service, problem-solving, and keeping all the moving pieces moving - even when there are approximately 37 of them. As a lifelong fan of video games, she believes some of the best memories are made when people have a place to play, laugh, compete, and connect. What excites her most about Level Up Arcade & Lounge is getting to help create exactly that kind of place right here in Oxford - a space where families, friends, gamers, and fellow nerds can come together and feel like they belong.

KerriAnne Stansberry, Co-owner
KerriAnne is a transplant from Kennett Square, living there for over 30 years, now calling Oxford Borough home living here for 5 years. She brings years of hands-on experience in administrative support and customer service to her newest venture: building a vibrant, community‑centered arcade. Why an arcade you might ask…..KerriAnne wants to bring something to the community that is for everyone to enjoy and have fun and bring something to Oxford that intices people to stay in town for entertainment. She grew up going to arcades and thinks one would bring fun, nostalgia, and community connection. Throughout her career, she has excelled in roles that require organization, communication, multitasking, and a genuine commitment to helping people—skills that translate seamlessly into running a successful entertainment business where she will build relationships with vendors, control inventory, to staffing and daily operations.
KerriAnne has spent years interacting directly with customers, resolving issues with patience and professionalism, and creating positive experiences that keep people coming back. She understands what it takes to build trust, foster loyalty, and create an environment where guests feel welcome and valued. Her passion for creating memorable experiences—combined with her proven track record of operational excellence—makes her uniquely equipped to bring this vision to life.

Weve had a couple people ask what is Duckpin Bowling and how is it different from regular bowling?
Basically, duckpin bowling is a fast-paced variation of traditional ten-pin bowling. It uses a significantly smaller ball (roughly the size of a grapefruit) that also weighs a lot less with no finger holes, and shorter, squatter pins (often set up on strings). Because the targets are harder to hit, players get three rolls per frame instead of two.
The lanes are much shorter and with the lack of weigh in the ball this game moves at a much faster pace than traditional bowling does. The lighter balls make this a great sport for younger kids who like bowling but struggle getting the ball moving down the lane.
